Company History

2015-2016 2025

UzAuto-INZI LLC was established as a joint venture between Uzautosanoat JSC and INZI AMT Co., LTD. Plant construction, as well as the installation of machinery and equipment, was successful completed.

2015-2016

The full manufacturing process was commissioned, and serial production was launched. The company obtained international quality certifications, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

2017–2018

UzAuto-INZI LLC achieved ISO 14001 certification for its environmental management system.

2019–2020

The company launched several diversification projects, expanding its production portfolio.

2021–2022

The company’s laboratory received official accreditation from the national accreditation authority.

2023

UzAuto-INZI LLC expanded its operations to include serial production of roof rails and aluminum extrusion parts. ISO 50001 certification was obtained for energy management system.

2024

The company underwent privatization and O‘ZBEKENERGOTA’MIR JSC became a new shareholder.
