Our company conducts its activities in strict compliance with applicable legislation, international standards, and ethical norms. The compliance system is aimed at combating corruption, preventing conflicts of interest, and ensuring honest and transparent operations.

The company follows a zero-tolerance principle towards all forms of corruption. Giving, receiving, or offering illegal advantages is strictly prohibited.
All employees, managers, and partners must strictly comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and ethical norms. Anti-corruption requirements are also included as mandatory terms in contracts with the company.

Conflict of interest is a situation where an employee’s personal interests may affect the objective and honest performance of their official duties.

The company pays special attention to preventing conflicts of interest. Employees must promptly inform management or the compliance department if personal, financial, or other interests may conflict with the company’s interests.

The company provides the opportunity to report compliance violations, suspicious situations related to corruption, or breaches of the code of ethics safely and anonymously.
